An applicant seeking admission to a particular course should take a DD of Rs 500/- for Centres in India
and US $50 Dollars for International Centres. Centre co-coordinator will give a prospectus which will
contain an application number and a secret key . Student can create an account using this application
number and secret key ,through Mahatma Gandhi University official website . After creating account
students will be able to register online . After the successful completion of registration student can take
the print out of the application form. Student must hand over application form and original certificates
to Centre co-ordinator . The application of candidates who do not
possess the minimum required qualifications will be summarily rejected by the Centre itself. The details
of courses and institutions recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University may be obtained from the
Mahatma Gandhi University official website.
How to Register online:-
For filling the application form ,student should take the scanned copy of:-
1) His/her recent passport size photo ( size less than 30KB, 3.5x4.5 cm )
Application form should be supported by the following certificates:-
(1) SSLC/Equivalent examination(Attested true copy will be sufficient)
(2) Qualifying Degree Certificate and mark-list in the case of Graduate and qualifying pass
Certificate and mark-list in the case of students who have completed pre-Degree/Higher
Secondary
(3) Transfer Certificate ,Course and Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended
(4) Migration certificates (if needed)
(5) Community Certificate from competent authority in the case of student belonging to backward
classes.
(6) Demand Draft towards course fee. DD should be drawn from SBT or SBI in favour of the
Finance Officer , Mahatma Gandhi University , payable at State Bank of Travancore ,
Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch (Code 669), Priyadarshini Hills , Kottayam.
(7) Incomplete/defective application will be rejected .Application without course fee for the first
year will not be accepted.
Students will be able to create a new account using the application number and secret key from
the prospectus. Using with this account user can register for a particular course. After the successful
completion of registration user can take the print out of the application form. Recent Passport size
photograph should be pasted in the relevant column and should be attested by the Centre Co-ordinator.
